I love this book! Instead of looking for recipes by types of ingredients, this book offers recipes for specific goals like enhancing mental focus, improving digestion, and boosting immunity! I love that I didn't have to try to figure out what foods were beneficial for each, but the author did all the hard work for me.

I had never juiced cabbage before but the author's tip to use red instead of green made it much more appealing - and it's great! I've had my juicer for a few years now, but definitely learned some new go-to recipes in this book that I hadn't tried before.

Highly recommended!

Lots of great information about prepping for juicing, including buying and storing the produce. I love the idea of freezing ingredients to have on hand when ready to make a drink. Lots of yummy recipes to try!!
I started playing with smoothies a few months ago. This is a great way to get valuable vitamins and minerals. This book details great recipes for smoothies that will help you detox. It also provides information about how to pick the products, the equipment you need etc. Great resource.
Loved the bonus gift - thanks! I was never sure of the benefits of detoxing so I really enjoyed that part. Loved how the recipes are organized in group of those that boost immunity, fight allergies, improve digestion, and other benefits. That was really helpful. I thin Mango-peach is my new fav - thanks!
The book is overall very good. Although I think I prefer a real book instead of the kinde version. There is no alphabetical reference nor by product.
What I liked is the explanation of the different nutritional factors (how many calories etc.) ànd the benefits of the products. The How or why to juice, benefits of juice/smoothies are also explained in other books (f.i. Farnoosh Brock). I guess both books are for 'beginners' in juicing. But, it is not expensive, so give it a try.

An excellently laid out book! loved the first few paragraphs on information-based research and facts. Also loved how the recipes where divided into sections around benefits such as weight loss, mental focus, boosting immunity and fighting allergies plus each recipe included the nutrition facts per serve which was particularly helpful to me given my weight loss goals! Highly recommended!
This is an awesome juicing book (and I've got a few). I like how there is a mixture of both fruit and vegetable juices. Many books have only juices that are very fruit dominant so having some recipes that only contain vegetables is refreshing. I have three juicers that I bought really without knowing the differences, learning as I go, and the explanation of the different types was very interesting (and would have been helpful had I not already got more machines than I need!)
This was a very informative book, giving lots of useful data about things like toxins and how they poison the body, how to choose between a juicer and a blender, how to shop for them, etc.

I loved the recipes and can't wait to try some of them such as the Zingy Shamrock Smoothie, or the Superlative Heart Beet. The recipes are categorized for boosting energy, boosting immunity, fighting allergies, improving digestion, losing weight, and enhancing mental focus.
